1. Information you choose to provide
When you book a meeting, Calendly may collect information such as your name, email address, organisation, meeting time and the details you enter into the booking form.
2. Website technical data
Cloudflare hosts and secures this website. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time and security events for delivery, reliability and abuse prevention.
3. Calendly
Booking buttons open Calendly at calendly.com/uaetrustcore/30min. Calendly processes the information you submit under its own privacy terms. Do not enter passwords, credentials or unnecessary sensitive information into the booking form.
4. How booking information may be used
- To arrange and manage the requested meeting
- To understand the service or business concern you wish to discuss
- To prepare a proposed scope when appropriate
- To maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations
5. Data minimisation
System access, passwords, confidential evidence and sensitive customer data are not required for the initial free assessment.
6. Retention and deletion
Booking information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to manage the meeting, a resulting business relationship, legal obligations or disputes.
7. Your choices
You may raise a privacy question during a booked meeting. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.
8. Updates
This policy may change when website functionality, service providers or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
